Refinance Disclosure Statement
Rush (1-2 business days): $275.00
Rush (3-5 business days): $225.00
Standard (6-10 business days): $150.00
FirstService Residential Refinance Transfer Fee*: $100.00
*A homeowner can obtain an account ledger at no charge, however, the Refinance Transfer Fee will still apply whether a Refinance Certificate is requested or not.
