The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a team of Shadow Creek Ranch residents who generously volunteer their time to maintain and enhance our wonderful community. The purpose of the Architectural Review Committee is to ensure specific design criteria is followed. The Architectural Review Committee uses Architectural Guidelines in reviewing each proposal to ensure conformance with overall community design objectives. The intent of the Architectural Guidelines is to maintain a consistent architectural theme for Shadow Creek Ranch, while allowing for flexibility of design expression.

May 7^th is Election Day, and Shadow Creek Ranch needs your voice to help shape the future of the community.  At stake are schoolboard and councilmember positions as well as two State Constitutional Amendments, so let your voice be heard!

Polling options:

• Early voting is happening today, May 3^rd, from 7am-7pm, at select polling locations
• Election Day voting is on May 7^th from 7am-7pm

Dear Shadow Creek Ranch Residents,

We are happy to announce this year’s Spring Cleaning Community-Wide Garage Sale scheduled for Friday, April 29th and Saturday, April 30th from 8am to 2pm. Residents can participate either or both days, but it must be reflected on your application.

To participate, you must submit the following items required by the City for permit no later than April 17th to garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com:

1. Valid photo ID (must match property address)

2. Permit Application (both pages completed)

The first 100 registrants will have the City permit fees paid by SCR HOA. Any applications received after the first 100 registrants will be directed to the City of Pearland to complete the application and payment process.

You will receive an email from the onsite staff when your signs are ready to be picked up. A map of participating addresses will be sent out to all homeowners on April 25th.
